Legal Growth is an independent boutique law firm specialising in international business law and cross-border taxation.
Its mission is to support companies in their overseas projects by securing their contracts, their financial flows and their regulatory compliance — turning legal matters into a lever for sustainable growth.

I am Eve Chapman, a lawyer admitted to the Lille Bar (France) and to the Frankfurt Bar (Germany), with full professional competence in German law and European law.

After several years in leading international law firms (Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and Frankfurt, Cleary Gottlieb in Paris, Schulte Riesenkampff in Frankfurt), I founded Legal Growth to make this expertise available to French and European companies.

My experience allows me to intervene on complex matters involving international taxation, cross-border contracts and growth operations (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings).
